Troy Turner has been playing, recording, mixing, and mastering music for over 20 years, and has a fascination and obsession with recording theory, technique, and gear. He has also played professionally for many years in rock, jazz, funk, and country bands, as well as bands which defy classification.
5+ years as a music major has given him a strong grasp of Western harmony and music theory. Playing in college ensemble and jazz bands helped hone his craft.
As a successful professional keyboardist and singer he has played and toured with Toby Keith and Kenny Chesney, and shared the stage with such artists as Garth Brooks, Trace Adkins, Greg Allman, Baillee and the Boys, Trisha Yearwood, Blackhawk, Boy Howdy, T. Graham Brown, Canyon, Confederate Railroad, David Allan Coe, Charlie Daniels, Joe Diffie, Exile, Kris Kristofferson, Chris LeDoux, Little Texas, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Sawyer Brown, Shenandoah, Aaron Tippin, Keith Whitley, Jason D Williams, etc.
